Patricia L. Brooks, MAOM, is the author of three memoirs and a non-fiction book on writing memoir. She has been president/founder of the phenomenally successful Scottsdale Society of Women Writers for almost 20 years. Patricia owns Brooks Goldmann Publishing, LLC with her author husband. She teaches memoir writing classes at the Piper Writing Center at Arizona State University, and speaks to libraries, retirement centers and recovery facilities with her books that cover the topics of grief and loss, trauma and recovery, and love addiction with an inspirational message in an informative presentation.
