Karolyn Kearney draws on her diverse experiences as a mother, real estate agent, community writer, martial arts instructor, Girl Scout leader, and substitute teacher to craft her stories, sparking quirky characters, tricky situations, and doses of humor along the way.

Kearney writes everything from early reader chapter books to humorous short stories for adults, weaving hope, heart, and humor between the pages. She holds a Master of Arts in English and Creative Writing from Southern New Hampshire University.

A proud Nebraska native (Go Huskers!), she now lives in Phoenix, Arizona.
