After teaching at Paradise Valley High School for 24 years, I retired and started writing. I taught an array of English classes which contributed a great deal to thoughts of subject matter. Also, the large variety of students, unknowingly, contributed to the plots of my novels. Every day, with hundreds of teenagers to teach, was a special day.

I have lived in the Cave Creek area for 49 years and see my students now and then with pleasure.

Mystery and Historical Fiction are my interests. My four novels are PHOTO PLAY, BLAKELY HIGH AND THE VOODOO PHANTOM, GHOSTS OF THE SUPERSTITIONS, and ALUMINUM HIGHWAY. My most recent book, ALUMINUM HIGHWAY, is a historical novel based on my father’s experiences as a Hump pilot flying over the treacherous Himalayas during World War II.

FAVORITE MOTTOS; It’s not what you know, it’s what you do with it. He who is bored is boring.
