Josephine DeFalco is a native Arizonan, dividing her time between Phoenix, Prescott, and Wisconsin. Training as a nurse, EMT, and dietitian means she eats well, tries to stay safe and healthy, and encourages others to do the same. She is known to rescue anything with fur, feathers, or skin as long as it refrains from biting. Jo grows and preserves most of her own organic food and enjoys teaching others the same skills. Her books include two gardening/cooking books, and two historical novels, with a third novel expected to be published in 2025.
