Laura has been a graphic designer for 40 years. After retiring, she started to illustrate and write children’s books, a dream of hers since high school and wanted to give her grandson something to remember her by.

Laura’s experience comes from a fulfilled life of being a Christian mom, wife, and business owner. All her books show the joy of helping those in need. They’re about Big Cheeks the ground squirrel and his squirrely friends, going on fun adventures with Christian values.
