Maria Crimi Speth, a shareholder in the law firm of Jaburg & Wilk, P.C., practices in the areas of intellectual property, internet law, and commercial litigation, representing clients throughout the United States.

Litigating for over thirty years, she is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Arizona and New York as well as the United States Court of Appeals for six different circuits and the Supreme Court. She is the author of two published books, Protect Your Writings: A Legal Guide for Authors, and Protect Your Photographs: A Legal Guide for Photographers.

Maria is past Chair of the Board of Directors of YWCA Metropolitan Phoenix. She is a past chair of the Intellectual Property Section of the Arizona State Bar Association and the Internet Law Section of the Arizona State Bar Association. She has been named a Best Lawyer in America -Copyright and Trademark Law since 2015 and was selected to Super Lawyers from 2016-2023.  Best Lawyers named her 2019 Technology Lawyer of the Year.   

Maria has numerous published and precedent-setting cases. She is a member of the American Arbitration Association’s Roster of Arbitrators and Mediators.
